To quicken your process, you should include the following information in your request:
- A brief description - what is the error you are running into?
- The steps to reproduce the error and what should happen instead - This will allow us to diagnose the issue more quickly.
- The severity of the issue, are we losing money from this error? - This allows us to prioritise requests based on urgency and impact.
- Your contact details - We may need to contact you for further details.
